Kurdish Insurgency Militants (KIM) Dataset by Gunes Murat Tezcur is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.

The Kurdish Insurgency Militants (KIM) Dataset is one of the most comprehensive dataset about a violent political organization. This current release (June 30, 2016) includes biographical information about 9,196 Kurdish militants who lost their lives while fighting in the ranks of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK, Partiya Karkerên Kurdistan) between 1984 and 2016. The PKK is a Kurdish nationalist insurgency and has had military operations in Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran. More information on the dataset is available here.

The only condition for accessing the KIM dataset is to cite the following article in any publication (online or printed, peer reviewed or otherwise) using or referring to information contained in the KIM dataset:
