As president of A Reachback Support (ARS), Susan has a strong command and depth of experience of business protocols, business development, regulatory compliance, federal and government contracting. Prior to standing up ARS, Susan served as Chief of Staff at SRA, Inc. supporting the SRA Defense Group programs, including Global Battlestaff Program Support (GBPS) IDIQ $1.5B – supporting Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) to identify and implement innovative, valuable solutions across the USSOCOM Enterprise aimed at improving the short and long-term well-being of our Special Operations Forces (SOF) warriors and their families. She has also served as a Board of Director on the Greater Tampa Bay Women In Defense (WID).
Susan held a position as Program Manager for a Prime Contractor on the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) IDIQ $20B contract. She has served on The Open Group Trusted Technology Forum (OTTF) in the role of small business contributor in a vendor-neutral environment where security, supply chain, and acquisition professionals lead the development of industry best practices, framework and accreditation programs to promote global supply chain integrity. Susan was invited and participated as a small business panel member in drafting the business plan for the Tampa Bay Thunderdome project, which was developed within the Tampa Bay region to support US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and create a high-tech ecosystem that would bring together entrepreneurs, academia, researchers and industry around a common goal supporting a world-class innovation district for national security and wellness technological innovations.
