Biography

Arisha is a rising junior at Carleton College and a Computer Science and Statistics double major. She is interested in creating and using computational tools that allow for a better understanding of biological processes. At UCF, she is assisting Samuel Greaves with analyzing the population structure of Coryphaenoides rupestris using Stacks—a software pipeline used for building loci out of a set of short-read sequenced samples.
