Biography

Malia Boudreau is a transfer student from the Florida Institute of Technology and is currently a Junior at UCF working to obtain a B.S. in biology.  She hopes to pursue a career in marine conservation and research.  At present her research projects focus on the molecular evolution of opsin genes in marine fishes as well as observing population structure of members of the family Syngnathidae.
