We are highly collaborative and have a number of ongoing projects with researchers from across the globe. In our work we combine population genetics, phylogenetics, RADSeq, whole genome sequencing, and field-based studies to understand how populations are connected via gene flow, to disentangle the roles of selection, ecology, and behavior in meta-population dynamics and to define independent management units.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">Our lab is also investigating the utility of eDNA as a biogeographic tool to identify patterns of biodiversity, study species distributions, and evaluate anthropogenic impacts on marine
