Dissertation title: Floating migratory platforms in marine environments

Focus of study: Long-distance migration of marine megafauna utilizing natural floating platforms. Creation of new methodologies of quantitative biological analyses, including remote sensing, machine learning, and statistical models for detection of biological organisms and investigation of seascape and movement ecology, focusing on migratory behavior and interaction of megafauna with complex seascape structures.
