UTAs can support active learning in class if they have completed, or are actively enrolled in, CHM4942: Instructional Experiences for Undergraduate Chemistry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Assistants (LAs)<\/strong> provide support to students in courses that involve active learning (e.g. problem-solving sessions, flipped classroom, team-based learning, problem-based learning, etc.). All LAs are required to complete, or be actively enrolled in, CHM4942: Instructional Experiences for Undergraduate Chemistry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading-underline\">Applications \/ Deadlines<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ucf.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_1LVfhfykd5aPPoO\">Undergraduate Teaching Assistant applications\u00a0<\/a>are open on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Learning Assistant applications are submitted through the Learning Assistant Alliance website.
