For additional opportunities, see below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aap.ucf.edu\/programs\/ramp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Research and Mentoring Program (RAMP)<\/u>:<\/a>\u00a0Initiated in 2002, the RAMP program is designed to provide a research experience working closely with a faculty mentor for students who may be interested in pursuing graduate education. In addition, the students participate in a variety of workshops designed to increase their awareness and knowledge of graduate school education. The aim of this program is to encourage more students from those populations that are traditionally under-represented in graduate education to attend graduate school. Undergraduate students participating in this program receive financial support.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.research.ucf.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Office of Research &amp; Commercialization (ORC) at UCF<\/u><\/a>: \u00a0The Office of Research &amp; Commercialization budgets $100,000 annually to match contract and grant dollars for principle investigators who hire undergraduates to assist in sponsored research.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.urj.ucf.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Undergraduate Research Journal<\/u><\/a>:\u00a0The University of Central Florida Undergraduate Research Journal\u2019s mission is to showcase articles of exemplary works from a wide range of student scholarship in all fields. Also, the mission includes sharing undergraduate student scholarship in a timely and comprehensive manner as an electronic publication.
