While completing her degree, she worked as a science tutor and chemistry laboratory technician for Valencia College before earning her current position with the UCF College of Sciences in 2021. She currently attends UCF classes as a non-degree-seeking graduate student. Outside of the lab, she enjoys spending her time outdoors and being active.
