or Major may be taken as &#8220;Free Electives&#8221;. Not all students will need Free\/Unrestricted Electives, however, some may for a variety of reasons. Reasons you may take unrestricted electives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Need more credits to reach 120 the unduplicated credits your degree requires.<\/li>\n<li>Need more upper level (3000-4000 level) credits to meet your 42 upper level requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Need credits to be full time and still working on prerequisites before you can take more major courses.<\/li>\n<li>Need an online option over the summer.<\/li>\n<li>Personal interest.<\/li>\n<li>Balancing out a heavy schedule with something interesting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The list of &#8220;meaningful electives&#8221; (gold button at right) are not the only options, but they are a brief list of suggestions. Not all courses may be offered all semesters, or in your prefered mode.
