In particular, she uses spectroscopic techniques to map the compositions of these bodies by linking small-scale laboratory measurements to large-scale observations from Earth-based telescopes and spacecraft. She is also interested in developing future spacecraft instrumentation and missions to better understand the distribution of materials within our Solar System.
