His organizational leadership and project management expertise has co-founded and launched three successful business based in Florida in the sustainability and solar + storage industries. He speaks regularly on these topics at national and regional conferences and is the developer of Hanson\u2019s blog, Forming the Future: The Pursuit of Energy, Sustainability and Resiliency. Bill is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies\u2019 (ACEC) Water, Energy and Environment Committee as well as the International Committee. At the state level, he is the energy director and energy committee chair for ACEC Florida. Bill, who emphasizes creating a better world and educating future generations, has served as a trustee for Palm Beach Atlantic University for over 25 years. He currently serves on Brevard County\u2019s Save Our Indian River Lagoon Citizens Oversight Committee and chairs the Planning Board of the City of Cocoa Beach. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in\u00a0physical\u00a0oceanography from the University of Washington and is graduate of The National War College, on\u00a0which faculty he also served.\u00a0He is concerned with\u00a0developing and putting into execution local efforts to deal with sea rise, environmental degradation\u00a0and amelioration of the effects of population increase. Angie is currently Of Counsel with DLA Piper and runs her own consulting firm which focuses on studying the application and influence of artificial intelligence and intelligent automation principles on organizational behavior. She believes passionately in the need to protect and maintain the integrity of global and digital commons for the betterment of mankind and the earth, and the importance of fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all spheres of human interaction. Angie has a B.A. and JD from Villanova University, an LL.M in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and is a candidate for a M.Sci. in Cybersecurity from Brown University. Every program graduate is then guaranteed a dignified, living wage job at deux mains, a Haitian owned and operated business that manufactured high quality, handmade ethical footwear and accessories. Kathy develops strategies to enhance the engagement of the community, businesses and residents with City government. Kathy also assists with policy initiatives, particularly those with a focus on economic development, technology and startup businesses and she manages partnerships with Orlando\u2019s higher education providers. Kathy is known for convening communities, building relationships with constituency groups and forging partnerships with business and community organizations. He recieved two degrees (Biology and Envionmental Studies) from Rollins College in 2009 and was named a Young Alum of Siginificant Distinction just two years after his graduation by the college of Arts &amp; Sciences in 2011. He is a millenial, writer, poet, world-traveler, and expedition leader, having conducted research on five continents and additionally he serves numerous organizations by sitting on boards, volunteering, and belonging to societies that bring him to interact with leaders such as Pope Francis and the decendents of Charles Darwin. He calls Winter Park, Florida home since 2004. Now, at Orange County, Maeven focuses on SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals. She says much work is needed, and everyone deserves a seat at the table. Maeven graduated from the University of Central Florida with an MA in Communication. Her research focuses on the intersection of communication and climate literacy, group dynamics, messaging, and collaboration. Sabrina\u2019s work focuses mostly on Latin America and the Caribbean, including post-conflict Colombia and chronic violence in Central America, and more recently her regional focus has included work on the Middle East and North Africa. Some of the cross-regional issues that she covers include prevention, sustaining peace, gender, humanitarian interventions, and drug policy. In the last year, Sabrina has produced policy papers on issues varying from post-conflict Colombia to disaster risk reduction as a framework for prevention. Most recently, Sabrina designed, raised funds, managed, and executed a research project that drew on lessons learned from the fields of disaster risk reduction, nuclear non-proliferation, and public health to inform the prevention discussions presently taking place at the UN. Sabrina has an M.A. and B.A in Political Science and a B.A. in French from the University of Central Florida. His book, <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniquevisions.net\/book\/\">Reimagining Our Tomorrows<\/a><\/em><em>,<\/em> offers readers 10 visions of a future that aligns with the SDG goals.\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<h3>David Torre<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"row\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\tstyle=\"margin-top:1.5em;\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\" col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-6 col-lg-9 col-xl-9\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t\t\n<p>David Torre serves as a wealth strategist with GenSpring | Truist Private Wealth.\u00a0 He works with ultra-high-net-worth families to facilitate family meetings on topics such as estate and financial planning, family communication, values, philanthropy, and educating the rising generation.\u00a0 David also teaches courses on planned giving and philanthropy at the Edyth Bush Institute at Rollins College.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, David practiced law with a boutique firm focused exclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and charitable gift planning. David also previously served as director of gift planning at Rollins College. While at Rollins, he was responsible for working with donors to develop philanthropic strategies with complex tax, financial and legal implications including gifts of fine artwork and endowments.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, David holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP\u00ae), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER\u2122 (CFP\u00ae), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA\u00ae), and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP\u00ae) designations and has completed training in civil mediation and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). David earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in International Affairs from Rollins College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. Within her role at the Foundation, Sandi works on a variety of initiatives including Homelessness, Disaster Response, Social Justice, and is the Staff Liaison for the 100 Women Strong Giving Circle.\u00a0 Her latest initiative, Thrive, is focused on all 17 SDG goals and creating a solid framework for action and accountability.
