The city\u2019s West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is amongst its best-known attraction. Hangzhou is an emerging technology hub and home to the e-commerce giant Alibaba. It hosted the eleventh G-20 summit in 2016 and will host the 2022 Asian Games.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PKoQFMSFt3M\">Enduring\u00a0<em>Memories<\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0<em>Hangzhou<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Purpose of this annual event is to create a platform to exchange ideas on harmonic analysis and\u00a0applications, especially for young mathematician.<\/p>\n<p>The first Hangzhou workshop was held at Hangzhou, December 24-25, 2016 with about 50 participants, and the second Hangzhou workshop was held at Hangzhou, December 16-17, 2017 with about 70 participants.<\/p>\n<p>More details about the workshop will be announced later. \u00a0If you like to participant the workshop, please contact Qiyu Sun at <a href=\"mailto:qiyu.sun@ucf.edu\">qiyu.sun@ucf.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following \u00a0are confirmed to attend the third workshop.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u6bd5\u5b81\uff08Ning Bi\uff09 \u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b66\uff08Sun Yat-sen University);
