The city\u2019s West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is amongst its best-known attraction. Hangzhou is an emerging technology hub and home to the e-commerce giant Alibaba. It hosted the eleventh G-20 summit in 2016 and will host the 2022 Asian Games.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PKoQFMSFt3M\">Enduring\u00a0<em>Memories<\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0<em>Hangzhou<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Purpose of this annual event is to create a platform to exchange ideas on harmonic analysis and\u00a0applications, especially for young mathematician.<\/p>\n<p>The first Hangzhou workshop was held at Hangzhou, December 24-25, 2016 with about 50 participants,\u00a0 the second Hangzhou workshop was held at Hangzhou, December 16-17, 2017 with about 70 participants, and the the third Hangzhou workshop was held at Hangzhou, December 15-16, 2018 with about\u00a0 65 participants.<\/p>\n<p>All talks will be arranged at Sailing International Hotel Hangzhou, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qihanghotel.cn\">http:\/\/www.qihanghotel.cn<\/a> (\u676d\u5dde\u542f\u822a\u56fd\u9645\u5927\u9152\u5e97, \u676d\u5dde\u897f\u6e56\u533a\u767e\u5bb6\u56ed\u8def128\u53f7).
