It is mainly designed \u00a0to prepare students to teach college-level mathematics in colleges or high schools.<\/p>\n<p>Students\u00a0in the graduate certificate program must complete 18 credit hours of graduate-level mathematics. All required courses will be offered to accommodate distance learning by posting recorded lectures and taking exams\/quizzes at local facility. However not all elective options or program prerequisites may be offered online.<\/p>\n<p>The program may be completed online. UCF is not authorized to provide online courses or instruction to students in some states. Refer to <a title=\"State Restrictions\" href=\"https:\/\/online.ucf.edu\/learn-online\/prospective\/state-restrictions\/\" target=\"_blank\">State Restrictions<\/a> for current information.<\/p>\n<div id=\"desc_brief\">\n<div id=\"CMSOnlineCommonInfo\">\n<p>Most of required and elective courses\u00a0in the program are proof-based.
