He spoke about the social science research that led to the identification of destructive and constructive conflict communication strategies. He also included how those strategies can lead to different outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately 55 people attended the talk at <a href=\"http:\/\/cocina214.com\/\">Cocina214<\/a>. Among those in attendance was Maggie LeClair, Senior Administrative Assistant in the College of Sciences, who thoroughly enjoyed her first DSS talk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI appreciated and enjoyed the informality of the venue and the opportunity to interact with the speaker during his talk and later at a \u2018Q and A,\u2019\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>The College of Sciences\u00a0will be hosting one final talk in their 2015 series, Barry Fisher, a Senior Forensic Advisor for the US Department of Justice ICITAP, on March 18 at 6 p.m. He will be presenting \u201cCSI in Real Life: Realities of Modern Forensic Science.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>RSVPs for these talks are required due to limited seating capacity.
