The Nicholson School of Communication<\/a> recently announced its scholarship recipients for the 2015-16 academic year.<\/p>\n

14 winners were chosen based on their classroom and community achievements.\"file22535\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Danielle Hendrix, a journalism major, received the Anthony Reid Nicholson Endowed Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

James Rowland, a graduate student in the Nicholson School of Communication, received the Buhr Graduate Fellowship in Research scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Taylor Moore, an advertising\/public relations major, received the Darden Restaurants, Inc. Communication Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Heidi Bolduc, a graduate student in the Nicholson School of Communication, received the Derek Sutton Endowed Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Dr. Fred Fedler Scholarship<\/a> went to journalism major Daniela Marin.<\/p>\n

Two students received the FPRA Dr. Bob Davis Endowed Scholarship<\/a>. They are Amanda Barrack, an advertising-public relations major, and Danielle Hendrix, a journalism major.<\/p>\n

Advertising- public relations major Kristie Golembioski was awarded with the Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tia Masek, a human communication major, received the Gerow-May Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Irene Ferrell Pynn Memorial Scholarship<\/a> went to Lisa Kauffman, a broadcast journalism major.<\/p>\n

Amy Covel, a human communication major, received the Rena Smith Endowed Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Risa Saslow Nicholson Endowed Scholarship<\/a> went to Alfredo Salkeld, an advertising-public relations major.<\/p>\n

Lisa Kauffman, a broadcast journalism major, got the Rona Sutton Endowed Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Amy Maitner, an advertising-public relations major, received the Sonja Rose Nicholson Endowed Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The award recipients will be honored during the College of Sciences Scholarship Luncheon<\/a> on September 25 at 11:30 a.m. at the Fairwinds Alumni Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
