Published in <em>Medium, <\/em>this publishing platform is a community of readers and writers offering unique perspectives on ideas large and small. New Framework\u2019s 2015\u2019s Best Reads in Foreign Policy is a curated list of the next generation of foreign policy thinkers and Mr. Degaut had the pleasure of being recognized for his published article by the Center for Strategic and International Affairs (CSIS).
