\"HObediente\"Congratulations to Heidi Obediente on being selected for the APSA Ralph Bunche Summer Institute<\/a> (RBSI). This program is an annual five-week fully-covered program designed to introduce undergraduate students from under represented racial and ethnic groups for graduate school. It also encourages students interested in expanding participation in the field of political science to apply to PhD programs by enhancing writing, research, and analytical skills.
