Getting that toe in the door has gotten harder than ever in today\u2019s market. Matthew Epstein, a 2008 graduate of the University of Central Florida, created\u00a0an online video presentation to both display his skills and provide a glimpse of his personality \u2014 and it eventually landed him a job.<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"More...\" src=\"http:\/\/timebusinessblog.wordpress.com\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif?m=1207340914g\" alt=\"\" \/> Epstein initially began his viral campaign to get hired by Google\u2019s marketing team. He launched a website called\u00a0Google please hire m.e. and made a\u00a0pitch video<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HRHFEDyHIsc&amp;feature=player_embedded\"> <\/a>that featured him lounging in a mansion in a blazer and boxers.
