AMACOM is set to release the first of five books authored by John Mattone, a leadership thinker and talent expert. Mattone received a\u00a0M.S. Degree in Industrial\/Organizational Psychology from UCF.<\/p>\n

“Talent Leadership: A Proven Method for Identifying and Developing High-Potential Employees” is due to be released on October 17th, 2012. This book is currently ranked by Amazon as one of the \u201chottest HR releases\u201d; and “Unlocking & Unleashing Your Leadership Potential” is due to be released in March, 2013.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

AMACOM\u2019s HR Brief Series, also authored by Mattone is scheduled for release beginning in January 2013. These titles are: “Powerful Executive Coaching”; “Powerful Performance Management” and “Succession Planning Management”.<\/p>\n

John Mattone is recognized globally as keynote speaker, author and executive coach. Mattone is the President of JohnMattonePartners (JMP), a global leadership consulting firm that specializes in executive assessment, development, and coaching.<\/p>\n

He has over 30 years\u2019 experience in the fields of executive development and human capital management.<\/p>\n

Mattone holds a B.S. Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Babson College and an M.S. Degree in Industrial\/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
