In her new role, Swales will be responsible for driving internal employee development initiatives, developing comprehensive strategy and messaging for clients, and tapping into new emerging markets while serving as a liaison with international agency partners in an effort to grow the firm. Splitting her time between Gainesville and the agency\u2019s Orlando office, she will also help to broaden Vantage Communications\u2019 presence throughout Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Swales previously worked for Vantage Communications as an account manager where she set the course for her teams and worked closely with them to produce high-impact results for mobile and cleantech clients, including coverage in Fox News, CBS, and CNN.
