Deadline\u00a0for the William K. Grasty Memorial Scholarship Extended to\u00a0 <\/strong>March 31, 2014 – Midnight<\/strong><\/h2>\n

(for Nicholson School of Communication students)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dr. William K. Grasty Memorial Scholarship<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

One $500 award to a UCF student with junior (60-89 credit hours) or senior (90+ credit hours) class standing in the Nicholson School of Communication in fall 2014.<\/p>\n

Selection Criteria:<\/h4>\n

a) Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 AND<\/p>\n

b) Have junior (60-89 credit hours) or senior (90+ credit hours) class standing as of fall 2014 AND<\/p>\n

c) Be enrolled in the Nicholson School of Communication at UCF AND<\/p>\n

d) Possess exemplary characteristics in academic achievement, community involvement AND\/OR work experience<\/p>\n

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Essay Question:\u00a0One page. Please include a word count total.<\/p>\n

Please submit a one-page marketing\/communications concept or idea that will increase alumni engagement. This concept should be a complete description of the idea presented on a single, typewritten page.<\/p>\n

Future Goals Personal Statement:\u00a0Maximum 150 words in SMART goal format (SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely).<\/p>\n

Recommendation Format Required:\u00a0Recommendation Form<\/a><\/p>\n

Academic Verification Format Required:\u00a0Degree Audit<\/p>\n
