After his PhD, he held a Postdoctoral Fellow position at the Coherent X-ray Research Center at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, before becoming Senior Researcher at the Advanced Photonics Research Institute at Gwangju, Korea. From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a Research Associate at the Attosecond Science Laboratory at the University of Ottawa, before coming back to the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology in 2014 as an Assistant Professor and as the group leader at the Center for Relativistic Laser Science at Institute for Basic Science.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kyung Taec Kim earned his Masters of Science (2002) and PhD (2007) from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
