If doing so, request the group rate for ICMM 2012.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Welcome Reception<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Please join us for the Welcome Reception on<strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"> Sunday, October 7th at 7:00pm<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 This will be held at the <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Rosen School of Hospitality<\/span> (9907 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32819). Transportation will be provided for the short ride from the Rosen Centre Hotel and will run continuously throughout the evening.\u00a0 There will be heavy Hors d\u2019oeuvres, so there is no need\u00a0 to plan for a dinner. \u00a0All participants are invited\u00a0 as this is included in the conference registration fee.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Closing Banquet<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The conference will be concluded with a banquet at the <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Rosen Centre Hotel<\/span> on the evening of <strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Thursday, October 11th<\/span><\/strong>. Banquet includes: Dinner, two beverage tickets and entertainment. <span style=\"color: #000080;\">Fellow students and poster awards will be presented at the banquet<\/span>. This event is not included in the initial registration fee.\u00a0 To reserve a place t this limited seating event,\u00a0 please make your reservation during the registration process (you will be prompted to do so).
