Registration<\/span><\/h1>\n

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED<\/span><\/h4>\n

On-site Registration Fees:<\/span><\/h2>\n

The registration desk will open on Sunday, October 7th, from 2pm to 7pm, and Monday-Thursday during the conference sessions. The on-site registration fees are:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Faculty\/senior participants: $850<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Postdocs: $750<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Students: $500<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Accompanying persons: $650<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Conference Banquet: $100<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Kennedy Space Center Tour (Wednesday afternoon): $140<\/span><\/div>\n

The registration fee includes attendance to all conference sessions and covers the conference meals (reception, 4 lunches, 2 dinners and coffee breaks). Breakfast will also be included for participants staying at the conference hotel, i.e., the Rosen Centre.<\/p>\n

Refund policy and cancellation fee:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Cancellation\/refund requests must be made in writing to icmm2012reg@gmail.com<\/a> no later than September 28, 2012. Refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee.\u00a0 No refund requests will be honored after the September 28, 2012 deadline. A substitute may attend the conference in your place. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a refund request, the University of Central Florida will retain all fees.<\/p>\n

Visa information:<\/span><\/h2>\n

International visitors should check their status to determine if they need a Visa or visa renewal to travel to the U.S.. Contact your local U.S. Consulate or Embassy for details on how to apply for a U.S. Visa. We urge you to check as soon as possible.
