Dr. Chini received her PhD in Physics from  Kansas State University in 2010. She joined UCF in 2011 where she has served in a number of roles, including the first Director of Learning Assistant Program. She began her current position as an Assistant Professor in 2015. Dr. Chini conducts research in physics education and is PI and co-PI on several NSF-funded projects. Additionally, she works with the APS PhysTEC and Bridge Programs at UCF.
