{"id":65,"date":"2016-12-07T14:09:13","date_gmt":"2016-12-07T19:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sciencescosmaincms.cm.ucf.edu\/physics\/physicos\/?page_id=65"},"modified":"2017-01-20T11:50:14","modified_gmt":"2017-01-20T16:50:14","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sciences.ucf.edu\/physics\/physicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\">The Department of Physics at UCF and the Graduate Society of Physics Students (GSPS) are collaborating with both the\u00a0Department of Biology at UCF \/\u00a0Biology Graduate Student Association (BGSA) and\u00a0the Department of Chemistry \/\u00a0Uknighted Chemistry Graduate Student Association (UCGSA) to bring \u201c<em>Physics Youth Scholastic and Instructing Camp for Orlando Scientists<\/em>\u201d (PhYSICOS), \u201c<em>Biology Integrated Orlando Training and Enrichment Camp<\/em>\u201d (BIOTEC), and the \u201c<em>Orlando Chemistry Tutoring, Enrichment and Training Camp<\/em>\u201d (OCTET).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">These camps aim to make high school students in physics, chemistry, and biology in Central Florida excited about learning science and prepare them to excel in these STEM disciplines.
