Good news is there are a lot of different scholarships from many different places including some directly from UCF!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>George and Geraldine McCurry Endowed Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GPA of 2.5 or higher<\/li>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a minimum of (6) credit hours<\/li>\n<li>Must be a junior or a senior (completed a minimum of 60 credit hours)<\/li>\n<li>Have declared a major in Biology, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Mathematics, Physics or Statistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply, log into <a href=\"http:\/\/my.ucf.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/my.ucf.edu<\/a>, go to the Student Self Service Portal and click on Scholarship Application<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Advancing Women in Science and Mathematics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Default\">Minimum GPA of 3.5<\/li>\n<li class=\"Default\">A declared major in Math, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Statistics, or Physics<\/li>\n<li class=\"Default\">Submission of a resume that shows evidence of extra-curricular activity and\/or honors and awards in the students declared major<\/li>\n<li class=\"Default\">Preference will be given to students who demonstrate a commitment to advancing women\u2019s involvement in Science and\/or Mathematics through membership in a UCF registered student organization whose mission is to promote women in one or more of these fields. Examples of two UCF organizations include Scientista and the Women in Physics Society<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply, log into <a href=\"http:\/\/my.ucf.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/my.ucf.edu<\/a>, go to the Student Self Service Portal and click on Scholarship Application<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Hispanic Scholarship Fund<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must be of Hispanic heritage<\/li>\n<li>STEM students receive preferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsf.net\/scholarship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.hsf.net\/scholarship<\/a> to apply<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Heinlein Society Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full time undergraduate student<\/li>\n<li>Major must be Engineering, mathematics, biology, or physical sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heinleinsociety.org\/scholarship-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.heinleinsociety.org\/scholarship-program\/<\/a> for the application form.
