Manar Elkhaldi, Security Studies Ph.D. (2016), has specific interest in advancing an empirical-based approach in the development of public policy that addresses cultural difference and conflict. Prior to completing her Ph.D. at UCF, she carried a broad range of experience including comprehensive research skills at the International Islamic University Malaysia, adjunct professor positions as UCF and Valencia College, cultural competency programs at various parochial schools in America, and a Subject Matter Expert and Reviewer at McGraw-Hill Companies.  Mrs. Elkhaldi has also been involved in cultural-diversity dialogues with the Atlantic Institute and Multifaith Education Project.
