Amber’s Resume

Amber Szalanski is a senior majoring in Environmental Studies Values, Planning, and Policy Concentration. She is a member of the UCF Habitat for Humanity chapter, which works on projects to build homes for citizens and volunteers in the community. Amber has previously volunteered with the Environmental Learning Center in Vero Beach, FL, working on the conservation of Florida’s habitats. She works as a research assistant under Dr. Peter Jacques contributing to his climate skepticism research, along with her individual research about hydraulic fracturing disclosure regulations. Amber’s hobbies include reading, photography, hiking, and gardening.
