Certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"heading-underline\">Undergraduate Certificate\u00a0in Intelligence and National Security<\/h2>\n<p>Introduced in Fall\u00a02016, this certificate\u00a0introduces students to the fundamentals of intelligence and national security, and allows for students to specialize in one or more different areas that are appropriate for a career in these fields.\u00a0 This certificate\u00a0will be helpful for students majoring in any field who are interested in careers in intelligence and national security, and particularly for students in Political Science, International and Global Studies, and Criminal Justice.<\/p>\n<h5>Minor Admission Requirements<\/h5>\n<p>None.<\/p>\n<h5>Minor Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>A grade of \u201cC\u201d (2.0) or better for all classes is required in courses counting towards the certificate.<\/li>\n<li>At least 9 hours used in the certificate must be taken at UCF.<\/li>\n<li>No credit by exam (TSD, Military credit) may be used.<\/li>\n<li>Internships, independent study and substitute courses\/new courses are allowed at the director\u2019s discretion (for a maximum of 3 credit hours).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Prerequisite Courses<\/h5>\n<p>Students must satisfy each course\u2019s prerequisites before enrolling in the class.<\/p>\n<h5>Contact<\/h5>\n<p>For administrative
