The Goal of Career Readiness Solution (CRS):  

• Career Readiness Solution promotes the development of workplace competencies desired most by employers and helps our assesses to demonstrate these skills. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) defines career readiness as “the attainment and demonstration of requisite competencies that broadly prepare college graduates for a successful transition into the workplace.”

 

“Ready, Set, Work” Challenge:

• In January 2016, Governor Rick Scott challenged Florida universities to reach 100% employment of graduates in their two largest majors, within one year of graduation. At University of Central Florida (UCF), Psychology is the largest major, and we are rising to the challenge. An important part of our response to this challenge is Career Readiness Solution (CRS).
