Career Readiness Solution would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff. This program is led by faculty members in the Industrial Organizational Psychology Program, Clinical Psychology Program, and the UCF College of Graduate Studies. Our Career Ambassadors, or assessors, are trained undergraduate or graduate students who want to learn more about the theory and practice of rating, feedback, assessment centers, and/or student development. Learn more about our program leaders and Career Ambassadors below. We are very grateful to the efforts of MSIOP graduate students who developed exercises and served as assessors during the development of CRS.
Leadership Faculty and Staff
Graduate Student Career Ambassadors – a small number of graduate students in the University of Central Florida Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology Program are selected to serve as Career Ambassadors. They also play a key role in our continual improvement of the Career Readiness Solution process through enhancements in rater training and student feedback.
INP 3930 Career Ambassadors – Undergraduate students in the Psychology Department can serve as Career Ambassadors by enrolling an upper level elective called the Theory and Practice of Developmental Assessment Centers (INP 3930). In this course, students practically apply their classroom knowledge to Career Readiness Solution rating and feedback. If you are interested in learning more about this course, please contact Kristin.Horan@ucf.edu.
