The cover letter conveys interest in the position, qualifications, and qualities that demonstrate \u201cfit\u201d with the position and the organization.<br \/>A\u00a0Resume is brief account, typically limited to one page, of a person\u2019s education, qualifications, and previous experience. It often forms the core of the initial job application.<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"ms-thumb\" ><div class=\"ms-tab-context\"><div class=\"&quot;ms-tab-context&quot;\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div  class=\"ms-slide\" data-delay=\"3\" data-fill-mode=\"fill\"  >\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sciences.ucf.edu\/psychology\/crs\/wp-content\/plugins\/master-slider\/public\/assets\/css\/blank.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/sciences.ucf.edu\/psychology\/crs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2018\/10\/SJT-1.jpg\" \/>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ms-info\">An SJT is a performance predictor in which applicants are presented with a variety of situations that are likely to be encountered on the job and multiple ways to handle each situation. The applicants are required to make a judgment call on the way to handle each situation.<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"ms-thumb\" ><div class=\"ms-tab-context\"><div class=\"&quot;ms-tab-context&quot;\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div  class=\"ms-slide\" data-delay=\"3\" data-fill-mode=\"fill\"  >\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sciences.ucf.edu\/psychology\/crs\/wp-content\/plugins\/master-slider\/public\/assets\/css\/blank.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/sciences.ucf.edu\/psychology\/crs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2018\/10\/In-box.jpg\" \/>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ms-info\">An In-box Exercise requires participants to sort through and act on the context of a typical employee \u2018in-box.\u2019 This may include notes, memos, letters, reports, and other materials. LGDs can involve a shared common role or assigned roles. With a shared common role, all group members work toward a common goal based on the same information.
