After successfully completing your Honors Undergraduate Thesis, what are the next steps you can take at UCF?
The first thing you should do is update your resume/CV to include your HUT Thesis. Put it close to the top of your resume/CV to draw attention to your accomplishment.
You can also:
Present your research at the Student Scholar Symposium.
Present your research at the Florida Undergraduate Research Conference.
Find opportunities through the Office of Undergraduate Research.
Submit your work to The Pegasus Review.
You can also present your work at other local, regional, and national conferences in psychology. These may include the American Psychological Association, Association for Psychological Science, or the Southeastern Psychological Association. Please speak with your Thesis Chair regarding opportunities outside of UCF.
