Dr. Nelson Roque<\/a>, found that markers of successful aging predicted elite-levels of tech use in older age. These markers included better cognition, socioeconomics, and self-efficacy. The study also emphasizes the importance of early adoption of new technology and advocates lifelong learning in order to achieve “super tech user” status in late life.<\/p>\nAdditionally, the study puts forth a newly developed and validated measure of novel technology use.
