Rosanna is in her fifth year of the clinical psychology PhD program. While she relocated to Orlando from Fort Lauderdale, she spent most of her life in Kentucky and completed her undergraduate career in psychology at the University of Louisville. Her research interests involve the development of, and mechanisms behind, the interplay between medical burden, cognition, and mood from mid- to later-life. Rosanna also conducts therapy and assessments with neurological patients, and works closely with the UCF Aphasia House. Ultimately, Rosanna plans to pursue a career as a clinical neuropsychologist and researcher at an academic medical center, seeing a variety of adult clients clinically and continuing her research in the realm of aging and neuropsychology.
