Haifa Al-Bassam
Kaitlyn Daleandro is a first-year student in UCFs clinical psychology Ph.D. program. She is currently working with Dr. Renk to study factors that mitigate the relationship between parents with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their children’s behavior problems. Specifically, she is interested in looking at protective and compensatory experiences (PACEs) that buffer the negative impacts of ACEs, and potentially impact the development of positive parenting behaviors.
Madison Verdone is a graduate student in the Understanding Young Children and Families lab. Her primary interests include adverse childhood experiences, child maltreatment, and parenting behaviors, especially within marginalized populations. Before pursuing her master’s degree in clinical psychology at UCF, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida. She is a first-year student in UCFs clinical psychology Ph.D. program.

Quiyara Murphy
Anjalee Parbhoo is a first year student in the UCF Clinical Psychology Master of Arts program, on the Research/Thesis track. Before pursuing her master’s degree, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. She majored in Psychology, with a minor in Children’s Behavioral Healthcare. Her research interests include parental loss, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and infant communication, specifically within the sphere of relationships.
Abigail Webb is a first-year graduate student in the Master of Arts Clinical Psychology Program on the Thesis Track. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis at Mississippi State University. Her primary research interests include childhood trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), specifically with abuse and domestic violence.
