Her research is focused on applying novel methods\/models to study topics of employee well-being, adaptability, and workplace deviance. She is interested in studying the dynamics, trajectories and variabilities of these constructs over time using advanced longitudinal models. She is also interested in applying modern psychometrics to evaluate and develop better measures, and utilizing machine learning techniques to study complex data in I\/O psychology. She has published in journals including <em>Journal of Management<\/em>, <em>Journal of Occupational Health Psychology<\/em>, <em>Journal of Business and Psychology<\/em>,<em> Journal of World Business<\/em>, as well as <em>Harvard Business Review. <\/em>Her research has received over $1 million in funding from agencies, including the Army Research Institute, Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, among others. She directs the Psychometrics Lab.
