Bowling (Ph.D. 2005, Central Michigan University) is a Professor of Psychology in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral program at the University of Central Florida. His research interests include (a) occupational stress, (b) counterproductive work behavior, and (c) research participant carelessness. Dr. Bowling has authored over 65 peer-reviewed articles, many of which have appeared in top-tier journals, including the <em>Journal of Applied Psychology<\/em>, the <em>Journal of Personality and Social Psychology<\/em>, and <em>Organizational Research Methods<\/em>. His research was featured in Joireman and Van Lange\u2019s (2015) American Psychological Association book How to Publish High-Quality Research, he was included in Aguinis et al.\u2019s (2017) list of the top 2% of most cited authors in I-O psychology textbooks, and he was listed in Ioannidis et al.\u2019s (2020) database of the world\u2019s most cited scientists. Dr. Bowling is a fellow of two professional organizations\u2014the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Association for Psychological Science (APS). As a PI, Dr. Bowling has been awarded over $1M in external funding since 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Currently accepting students for fall 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nathan A.
