She is passionate about teaching and research, currently serving as an adjunct professor at both UCF and Rollins. Her research focuses on occupational health psychology, including workplace stress, employee health behaviors, and work\u2013life balance, with her doctoral work examining how virtual nature supports recovery from workplace stress.
