Read below to see where some of our graduated members are at today.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ann Schlotzhauer, PhD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2020-2024<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"markfq33uh8cv\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Ann<\/span>\u00a0Schlotzhauer is an Assistant Professor of Psychological Science at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Data Analysis, Social Psychology, and Occupational Health. Her research explores the experiences of precarious workers, often employing the lens of occupational health psychology. Schlotzhauer also studies how individuals respond to flawed or dissatisfying working conditions, including wellbeing outcomes and proactive responses (e.g., employee voice, knowledge behaviors). Schlotzhauer earned her B.A. in Psychology, English, and Spanish from the University of Tulsa and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Michael DiStaso, PhD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2018-2022<\/p>\n<p>Michael is a VP, Learning and Leadership Development on the Employee Experience and Organizational\u00a0Effectiveness team at Bank of America. As part of that role, he evaluates and summarizes insights from qualitative and quantitative data to determine the impact of the bank&#8217;s developmental programs and the effectiveness of assessment practices. He also supports ad-hoc C-level and senior executive research requests pertaining to employee\u00a0engagement and performance management. Michael earned his Master\u2019s and PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Previously, he had earned his Bachelor\u2019s in Psychology and International Studies from The College of New Jersey.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jimmy Zheng, PhD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2015-2021<\/p>\n<p>Jimmy Zheng is a senior People Scientist on the People Analytics team at Ford Motor Company. Since joining the team, his role has revolved primarily around assessment strategy at Ford. Currently, he is assessment lead for Ford\u2019s Executive and Accelerated Development Programs. Jimmy received his Master\u2019s and PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. He received his Bachelor\u2019s in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Leslie Roman, MS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2016-2017<\/p>\n<p>Leslie was completing her BS in Psychology and BS in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida while volunteering in the WSC lab. After graduating from UCF, she attended the University of South Florida and received her MS in Medical Sciences. She is currently a first-year medical student at Morehouse School of Medicine.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Uriel Ronquillo, MS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2016-2017<\/p>\n<p>An East-Orlando native, Uriel received his BS in Psychology from the University of Central Florida while working\u00a0in the Team Training and Workforce Development Laboratory. Previously, he has participated in research on assessment centers and team efficacy but his current interests have expanded beyond teams and training to include stress and coping in the workplace. He graduated from UCF with his MS in I-O psychology in 2018.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Clair Reynolds Kueny, PhD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2012-2016<\/p>\n<p>Clair&#8217;s thesis was on the moderating effect of social skill on proactive behavior and stress, blame attributions, and perceptions of greed. Her dissertation focused on understanding within-team dynamics&#8217; influence on proactive behavior and member interactions. Clair is currently an Assistant Professor in I\/O Psychology at Missouri University of Science &amp; Technology (Rolla, MO).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kaitlyn R. Erb, PhD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2013-2015<\/p>\n<p>Kaitlyn&#8217;s dissertation focused on moral disengagement and person\/situation interactions in the workplace. She is currently consulting at CMA (St. Louis, MO).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aaron Van Groningen, MS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2012-2015<\/p>\n<p>Aaron&#8217;s dissertation topic is concerned with the impact of socially aversive traits on workplace social support and the work-life interface. He is currently an Organizational Development Consultant at Hicks-Carter-Hicks (St. Louis, MO).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elizabeth Rupprecht, PhD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Member from 2011-2015<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth&#8217;s dissertation focused on the interrelationships\u00a0between job stressors, stress appraisals, centrality of work to one&#8217;s self-concept, and job performance.\u00a0 She has worked for the Army Research Institute, led a Congressional-mandated program evaluation, and mentored post-doctoral and graduate students. Elizabeth now leads a pre-hire assessments team at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We believe we have an alumni network worth bragging about!
