Her research covers job\u202finsecurity, precarious work, AI and robotics integration into the workplace, and worker well-being and adaptation. Recognized as a UCF Luminary Professor and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Shoss has published over 100 research articles and\u202fbook chapters and co-edited\u202f<em>The Cambridge Handbook of the Changing Nature of Work<\/em>. His research interests focus on worker well-being, working with service robots\/automation\/AI, and extra-role behaviors in the workplace.
