Ivan Ordonez<\/strong>, \u201916 Statistics, provides statistical support as an associate biostatistician the vaccine division of Sanofi, Sanofi Pasteur.<\/p>\n

As a biostatistician, Ordonez helps scientists study and develop vaccines using an in vitro technology called the MIMIC system. The data collected and analyzed from experiments is used to prove hypotheses, compare vaccines, estimate parameters, calculate samples sizes, formulate new research questions and improve experimental designs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

IT Manager from Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/h5>\n

Hal Trask<\/strong>\u00a0is currently the IT Solutions Delivery Manager for the Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office, and an experienced Information Technology professional with over 30 years of experience in software and database development and analysis. The Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office uses data and analytics in various ways, including crime analysis, patrol operations, human resource management and fleet management to drive performance and efficiency with the primary purpose of keeping our officers and community safe.<\/p>\n

Hal holds a Master\u2019s of Science in Business Analytics degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden Connecticut.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

Crime Analysis Manager\u00a0from Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/h5>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sheena Lovette<\/strong>\u00a0attended Florida State University and Columbia College before serving in the U.S. Army for nine years in the legal and communications field. She began her career in law enforcement in 1993 as a crime analyst. Today she is the first to hold the position of crime analysis unit manager for the Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office. She is a qualified instructor in crime analysis for OCSO and other regional law enforcement agencies, as well as criminal justice students at the University of Central Florida and Valencia College. In 2011, she created and directed the \u201cCrime Analyst Mentoring<\/p>\n

Program\u201d (CAMP) for the state of Florida, and shortly after was appointed mentor chair for the<\/p>\n

International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA).<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t
