Welcome to the School of Data, Mathematical, and Statistical Sciences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is with immense pride and enthusiasm that I welcome you to the launch of the School of Data, Mathematical, and Statistical Sciences (SDMSS) and to our new digital home. The establishment of this new School is a landmark moment for UCF, marking a major strategic investment that positions us at the intersection of the most critical fields shaping our future. This is more than a new administrative unit; it is the realization of a bold vision. We achieve this by unifying the foundational rigor of Mathematics and the inferential power of Statistical Sciences with the modern applications of Data Science, creating a dynamic, integrated environment that few institutions can match. Our shared mission is to pioneer the advancement of Quantitative Sciences through foundational and applied research, deliver innovative and rigorous education across all levels, and cultivate a diverse community dedicated to solving complex, real-world problems that benefit our local community and the world at large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
