Speaker<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\nJerry L. Oglesby<\/strong><\/p>\nJerry L. Oglesby is the Senior Director, Global Academic Programs at SAS. His department supports SAS in the university community primarily by introducing SAS training materials and software into university curricula. Prior to starting this group, Oglesby was Director of Analytical Consulting within the Professional Services Division. In that role, he grew the division from its formation to approximately 40 modelers and business analysts. This group was largely responsible for supporting the successful launch of SAS’ award-winning data mining solution, SAS Enterprise Miner.<\/p>\n
Oglesby holds a PhD in statistics from Texas A&M University, a master’s in mathematics from Lamar University and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Mississippi.\u00a0 Following completion of his doctorate at Texas A&M in 1971, he was a Professor of Statistics at the University of West Florida where he established the Institute for Statistical and Mathematical Modeling. Before joining SAS in 1996, Oglesby worked at Monsanto Chemical Company and he was CEO and founding President of SCI Data Systems.<\/p>\n
Jerry received the Texas A&M University\u2019s College of Science Academy of Distinguished Former Students Award for 2012. In 2013, Jerry received the H.O. Hartley Award, which is presented annually to a former student of the Texas A&M University\u2019s Department of Statistics for their distinguished contributions to the discipline of statistics. Jerry serves on a number of advisory boards in support of statistics, computer science, and advanced analytics and chairs SAS\u2019 annual analytics conference.<\/p>\n
Dr. Bruce D. Caulkins<\/strong><\/p>\nBruce Caulkins is a Research Associate at the Institute for Simulation & Training (IST) at the University of Central Florida (UCF).\u00a0 He is a retired Army Colonel with over 28 years of active-duty experience in tactical, operational, and strategic communications and cyberspace operations.\u00a0 In his last military assignment, he was the Chief of the Cyber Strategy, Plans, Policy, and Exercises Division (J65) within the U.S. Pacific Command.\u00a0 In this capacity, he gained extensive insight into cyber capabilities, operational requirements, combatant command requirements, coalition and partner cyber\/communications interoperability, and human factor requirements.\u00a0 He also led over a dozen coalition and partner interoperability exercises, to include the HADR-focused PACIFIC ENDEAVOR.\u00a0 Bruce previously taught at and ran several communications and cyber-related schools within the Army\u2019s Training and Doctrine Command.\u00a0 He earned his Ph.D. in Modeling and Simulation at the University of Central Florida, focusing on anomaly detection within intrusion-detection systems.\u00a0 His research interests include anomaly detection; cyber security and analysis; cyber education and training methodologies; simulation, modeling, and analysis; predictive modeling; data mining; cyber strategy; and, cyber policy.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nJutta Williams<\/strong><\/p>\nJutta Williams serves Health First, a Central Florida not-for-profit integrated delivery network, as the organization\u2019s Corporate Information Assurance Officer (CIAO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).\u00a0 In this role, Ms. Williams leads regulatory compliance, information security, information governance, privacy, FWA and internal audit initiatives for the IDN.<\/p>\n
For most of her career, Ms. Williams has focused on helping large and small organizations in a number of industries meet their regulatory obligations and build strong security and data protection programs.<\/p>\n
Ms. Williams is a frequent speaker at national conferences, covering topics on Compliance program governance, HIPAA Security and Privacy, and Healthcare Information transformation and 3rd Party Information Sharing Risk.\u00a0 She has been selected to represent the provider community point of view on regulatory compliance hearings conducted by HHS and has frequently presented to State and Federal legislators on the topics of information protection and the impact of regulatory change.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Health First, Ms. Williams served as the Director, Corporate Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Intermountain Healthcare, a not for profit Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and worked as a Governance, Risk and Compliance program development consultant at Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Williams also served for nearly ten years with a number of Federal entities in a variety of technical and leadership capacities.<\/p>\n
She graduated with highest distinction from Carnegie Mellon University earning a Master\u2019s of Science in Information Security Policy and Management; a program that focused on both the business and technology aspects of information protection and which regularly ranks as the top such program nationally.<\/p>\n

This group was largely responsible for supporting the successful launch of SAS’ award-winning data mining solution, SAS Enterprise Miner.<\/p>\n
Oglesby holds a PhD in statistics from Texas A&M University, a master’s in mathematics from Lamar University and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Mississippi.\u00a0 Following completion of his doctorate at Texas A&M in 1971, he was a Professor of Statistics at the University of West Florida where he established the Institute for Statistical and Mathematical Modeling. Before joining SAS in 1996, Oglesby worked at Monsanto Chemical Company and he was CEO and founding President of SCI Data Systems.<\/p>\n
Jerry received the Texas A&M University\u2019s College of Science Academy of Distinguished Former Students Award for 2012. In 2013, Jerry received the H.O. Hartley Award, which is presented annually to a former student of the Texas A&M University\u2019s Department of Statistics for their distinguished contributions to the discipline of statistics. Jerry serves on a number of advisory boards in support of statistics, computer science, and advanced analytics and chairs SAS\u2019 annual analytics conference.<\/p>\n
Bruce Caulkins is a Research Associate at the Institute for Simulation & Training (IST) at the University of Central Florida (UCF).\u00a0 He is a retired Army Colonel with over 28 years of active-duty experience in tactical, operational, and strategic communications and cyberspace operations.\u00a0 In his last military assignment, he was the Chief of the Cyber Strategy, Plans, Policy, and Exercises Division (J65) within the U.S. Pacific Command.\u00a0 In this capacity, he gained extensive insight into cyber capabilities, operational requirements, combatant command requirements, coalition and partner cyber\/communications interoperability, and human factor requirements.\u00a0 He also led over a dozen coalition and partner interoperability exercises, to include the HADR-focused PACIFIC ENDEAVOR.\u00a0 Bruce previously taught at and ran several communications and cyber-related schools within the Army\u2019s Training and Doctrine Command.\u00a0 He earned his Ph.D. in Modeling and Simulation at the University of Central Florida, focusing on anomaly detection within intrusion-detection systems.\u00a0 His research interests include anomaly detection; cyber security and analysis; cyber education and training methodologies; simulation, modeling, and analysis; predictive modeling; data mining; cyber strategy; and, cyber policy.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Jutta Williams serves Health First, a Central Florida not-for-profit integrated delivery network, as the organization\u2019s Corporate Information Assurance Officer (CIAO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).\u00a0 In this role, Ms. Williams leads regulatory compliance, information security, information governance, privacy, FWA and internal audit initiatives for the IDN.<\/p>\n For most of her career, Ms. Williams has focused on helping large and small organizations in a number of industries meet their regulatory obligations and build strong security and data protection programs.<\/p>\n Ms. Williams is a frequent speaker at national conferences, covering topics on Compliance program governance, HIPAA Security and Privacy, and Healthcare Information transformation and 3rd Party Information Sharing Risk.\u00a0 She has been selected to represent the provider community point of view on regulatory compliance hearings conducted by HHS and has frequently presented to State and Federal legislators on the topics of information protection and the impact of regulatory change.<\/p>\n Prior to joining Health First, Ms. Williams served as the Director, Corporate Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Intermountain Healthcare, a not for profit Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and worked as a Governance, Risk and Compliance program development consultant at Deloitte and Touche.
