If you plan to fly to Orlando then you will likely want to arrive into Orlando International Airport (MCO). Direct flights are available to many cities in the United States and Canada.

Orlando International Airport is approximately a 20 mile drive from the main campus of UCF. It is strongly recommended to  take a Uber/taxi or rent a car to get to the main campus from the airport as public transportation will take over 2 hours with several bus transfers. The cost for a Uber from the aiport to the meeting is $54–$69 each way. More ground transportation options can be found here.

If you are driving to UCF, then directions can be found here (be prepared to pay tolls if you take SR 528 and/or SR 417) and a printable map of campus is available here.

The nearest parking garage to the conference venue (BA1) is Garage C, and the current daily parking fee is $5 for any week day (free of charge during the weekend). You could purchase your virtual daily permit here.    Please check recent emails for information regarding conference parking pass (free of charge). Please notice that you cannot park at any slot designated for permit A/B/C and no back-in parking is allowed on campus. So, please find a slot designated for visitors or permit D (green signs) and park with “nose in“.
