1. When you click on the above link the booking screen opens, you will enter your dates (arrival and departure as listed above), number of rooms and number of guests per room.
2. Next you will select the Special Rates and a small window will open and this group will enter the code MCS into Group Code, then close small window and then select Check Rooms & Rates.
3. You will go to a screen that says Select a Room, you should see the room types below and the rate of $120.00 for the rooms.
4. Next, you can choose Quick Book to secure your rooms and that will take you to the information and payment guarantee screen to place your reservation.
5. Also if anyone wants to call Hilton Reservations and book via telephone, one may call 1-800-774-1500
   – ask for the Doubletree Orlando East- UCF, provide the dates above
   – then mention the group booking code: MCS or CBMS Conference UCF Math
