Please download the registration form in WORDS format or in PDF format, fill the registration form before April 26, 2015 (last weekend of April), and send to Dr. Sun at qiyu.sun@ucf.edu. The better if you can do it before April 10, 2015.
The registration fee is US$120 (with discount for students at US$60), paid on site only. No credit card is acceptable.
There is a Banquet on Monday evening (May 11, 2015). The choice for the appetite is London Briol, Lemon Dill Salmon, or PastaAiolo (Vegetarian). Please indicate whether you are going to the banquet in the registration form and select one of three options in your registration form. The cost for banquet is $45, paid with registration fee.
